This one is dedicated to my granddaughter Olivia and our beloved grand-horse Arnie. While their bond may not be the closest, my affection for Arnie runs deep—but Olivia will forever hold a special place in my heart. Interestingly, unlike dogs with their intricate olfactory systems, horses are drawn to peppermint not primarily for its scent.
