My mother is 89 years old, courageously battling cancer, yet she continues to find joy in every precious moment she has here on earth.
 
What brings her the greatest happiness is her family—her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and all those fortunate enough to be part of her extended family.
 
A devout Catholic all her life, she has always been a source of strength, courage, and unwavering faith. In recent years, I’ve come to truly understand the depth of her belief—and how powerful faith and prayer can be.
 
Her life’s journey has carried her through both unimaginable challenges and incredible blessings. Through it all, her steadfast love for God, her devotion to His spirit, and her daily prayers have remained constant.
 
To honor her beautiful spirit, I created a candle called “My Mother’s Prayer.” The simple, heartfelt prayer she wrote for this candle reflects her easy, genuine relationship with God and reminds us that prayer doesn’t have to be complicated to be meaningful.
 
My hope is that this candle brings comfort to those navigating the challenges of family life and radiates light during times of joy and celebration.
